How do I know which charger and power supply are compatible?

Compatibility depends on the input voltage requirements of the charger and the output wattage of the power supply. We recommend choosing a power supply with at least 20% more wattage than your charger's maximum output to ensure efficiency and longevity.

What is your return policy on electronic components?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in new, unused condition. Please note that electronic components that have been soldered, modified, or damaged due to improper polarity are not eligible for return.

Do you offer international shipping for lithium batteries?

Due to strict FAA and international shipping regulations, lithium batteries (LiPo) may have shipping restrictions. We offer various land and sea freight options depending on your location, though additional hazardous materials fees may apply.

Are your power supplies and chargers covered by a warranty?

Yes, most of our hardware carries a one-year manufacturer warranty against defects. ProgressiveRC also provides in-house technical support and repair services for many of the brands we carry to get you back in the air or on the track faster.

Can I customize a charging station or cable assembly?

Absolutely. We specialize in custom-built charging solutions. If you need a specific connector type or a custom-length balance lead, please contact our support team with your specifications for a custom quote.

How can I track my order once it has shipped?
