Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and details of the items you wish to return.

  Review and Approval

  Our technicians will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your electronics to prevent transit damage and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the hardware for functionality and completeness before processing your refund or store credit within 3-5 business days.
